Buckle in for the ride!!! <div><div><div><div><div><div><div> </div><div>SOOO, here is an update on the Jensen family's comings and goings. We've had a great couple of months. Halloween was fun.. (yeah, it's been that long since I've blogged!) Spence was a brain donor. Note to self: when using a cauliflower in a jar with water as a brain, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT forget it in your kid's bag. It will stink to high heaven when finally discovered and discarded and you won't be able to eat cauliflower for a good couple of months afterwards. Molly was a sweet little witch, Brigham was an astronaut with his official NASA jumpsuit purchased at the National Air and Space Museum on our trip to DC, and Jake was a pretty fierce lion.<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574013643529479650" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlPCgICGpecW2H8eaZdjGZUSHON-7hqCSnrH3LbSouvh_cWkhZILqUY2jgnxebeNAsWDODGs7IpdneFdhknbe5_rGXK10rDYTpLEQFKJdq-Vw-NZEa5B91__XPDVYOd6fKl9T7bd8mX_k/s400/P1000194.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574013651568674994" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihdsSxxDQi1WhiFW2JfiJEvLwxV79Yw5yLL5WiZM2Rj4CGIJlUmyfY8zkX83QsSDFvEqT92Zl0hn6UXrnFk-Q0wrM7z5WYGIR_ktRK5oCyKWhHfo_Skyis7HhVfLWXA1MhV0usY147xno/s400/P1000218.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574013635574000018" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhg6XUCXsDZuBC8L80i-JULUOoKNjh21VnNh5EVCNwl3UJqMofhWJ4Kd_0i-tvACXlK3_hem5B_LaoAhqpgRFot4Lqy6cjuqf-cGZUid9eVbn5oydPoMaMKenYjbKxXlN28krmSkgYyVgY/s400/P1000198.JPG" border="0" /> We had a great holiday season. It was FREEZING...but she did a great job and was FAST! See more of her work at <a href="http://www.heidisimmonsphotography.com/">http://www.heidisimmonsphotography.com/</a>. She lives in the Lewiston area if anyone is in need of a great photographer. Thanks Heidi!!<br /><br /><div>Jakie Bug turned one on Dec. 9th. I win mom of the year for not having cute birthday cake pics. Jake was sick and we didn't really have a huge celebration for him. Whew--glad we got through that year and on with the next!!! He is such a cutie. He is starting to be less and less high maintenance (knock on wood right now!). He loves playing peek a boo and his siblings keep him laughing!! </div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574018649335524626" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiqr1fYL-N6fT4CyQjL4htVGWrp-sjT1D45LhmVJ5GOoCRaHUyTV0OlwKy5RXHtwpejJeDenbxGdZndcyMb8I0rKoDLMVizAxV4A_-2n-zwHS7698pCJjL2uR1a1OOHX0NASFd2t8N8gM/s400/P1000247.JPG" border="0" /></div>INTERMISSION--look who we found in our backyard....yup, Mr. Moose decided to pay us a visit. I am amazed at all the deer we find as well this winter. It isn't uncommon for us to watch them eat our trees or lay around in our backyard. The kids love it....me too!<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574028315567904002" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 225px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQfYMLJ5cBrHEmuy21N0WkmJ3Ret2NucpOaAEIesITX5Pk8u9FB2nNKS_oqnxhQ0BJ3F3gQOtSaFKGiIkQ-zXzUg7KlsQNkUIzue-NshpGD0doFbdSRg2sWJb6B4L4l26xGT2U-RSyMvo/s400/P1000358.JPG" border="0" /><br /><br /><div> </div><div>Christmas came so quickly this year!! She is such a great helper and is always willing to do anything for her mom!! She loves anything sparkly, hanging out with friends and reading (i love it when i find her upstairs reading on her bed). Found this Ramen noodle stuck to my wall. It wasn't in the kitchen where Ramen noodles are usually found. It was in the living room by the piano. Gotta love it. We were so lucky to be able to take a trip back east to Washington DC in August. My parents have pretty much earned sainthood by watching our 4 little munchkins (yes, Jake was left behind too). We had such a great time. Here are some of my favorite (or crazy) things from our trip.<br /><div><div><div><div><div><div>1-I started and FINISHED a book while away. It wasn't even a spiritual book, just one for fun. </div><div>2-Paying a shuttle driver $80 to get to my hotel. Okay, to pretty much get anywhere about broke ya, but it was worth it.</div><div>3-Sleeping in.</div><div>4-Shopping in Georgetown and making it there safely by myself. I had to take a cab and figure out the metro alone. I am such a city girl now.</div><div>5-Sight-seeing at warp speed. There is sooo many things to see, there isn't enough time to do it all. We did a pretty good job mapping things out and getting to where we really wanted to go. </div><div>6-Paying like $5 for a pack of peanut M&Ms.</div><div>7-Spending time with family. We have two neices Kimi, Annie and a nephew Corb, who just happen to be back in Virgina. We got to see them all and had a great time visiting and eating some yummy food--thanks Kimmers.</div><div>8-Fireflys</div><div>9-Our shuttle driver to our hotel in the hood...he does karaoke and eats hot wings every friday night with his wife. man, this guy was hilarious. </div><div>10-Almost having to stay an extra night because our flight was delayed. After 5 days, I was actually ready to see my kiddos (something I never thought possible). The thought of being away one more night was pretty much unbearable. Long story short..by some small miracle we made it home after spending 7 hours in the DC airport. I sound like a broken record...here is another monster post. Summer flew by. It always does (except for about the last 3 weeks when you are hopelessly waiting for school to start and a routine to begin because your chickens are driving you crazy-whew). We had a great time just chillin', going to the lake, doing some backyard camping (i'm not ready to rough it with a bebe in tow!)<br /><br />I'll just post some highlights--enjoy!<br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Bill and Spence took a hike into Lake Alice in Wyoming. He is smart, generous, caring, romantic, makes me laugh, is an amazing dad, rocks the triathlons, the list goes on and on. There is one thing that I can now add to that list---he's handy!<br /><br /><div><div>These are a few of the home improvement projects he's done to our home. Who knew he could build! </div><div>He built a corner shelf for our blu-ray, satellite thingy and stereo, along with hanging our crazy tv (anyone is welcome to come over for movie nights, we don't need to go to the theatre anymore!)</div><div> </div><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5460030885921958210" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDCAQ4uZG2jpZ5OHakd2hsDiPwtvXm6cZmXNG8ZfIrM1-en49_Qdr4am9WS-IA2rf0MD2-i3fxWR-Y0GP5DZF6N8Py_JXVDjxQXEgaiDAxLlJr7UnJ7uZcymguwefXJU5L4HGRDipvxQw/s400/DSC03083.JPG" border="0" /></div></div><br /><p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5460030871818425090" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicTG6wGkkzB55Icmd_tUILbN5-GrsFL4lI0U9EdR3MBCcHtRIhw8VD00B8K-AkM934WTpCtjW5rs2GLPfASpbFkB5yRdbxhf3znHjDnExtV4itOmJDdFEGFAELAc4F_TsQ30boo6XWssU/s400/DSC03081.JPG" border="0" />This is my favorite--a new bar in the kitchen. We don't have a whole lotta space for a table in our kitchen, so he built the bar. It looks amazing and gives us so much more room. It really adds alot to our home! </p><p>There are also some others that I don't have pics of....new shelves in the pantry (a HUGE improvement!!) and a back porch awning (i don't know how to spell it) that protects it nicely from the multiple feet of snow and ice that build up there ever winter. </p><p>You are the best handyman a girl can ask for!</p>Jensen Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13896932716011810643noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164609111199717028.post-46073861869712321552010-04-14T10:16:00.003-06:002010-04-14T10:23:40.717-06:00Jacob!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5460028958933936962" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiABnV_6mGbCE62bQNdNGl6P0AORhPF5dlQadbg0m7LwN9fWdBpFshwKyXaURKKUXB1J-9LcEP6249fu2VviEtkL4kJUXcz_4X5acCdIUZ4NB-UjNFItijYpwBP7EJLyD2_2wfbKGzj5w8/s400/DSC03079.JPG" border="0" />Our little guy just recently hit 4 months. We did have fun with family and that was the most important, right? Here are some pics from the easter egg hunt at the McKeeth's. It was so great for the cousins to see each other. <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5460026599660803282" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgO5g07CUl0qA5WIux9VA-RCmpHNFlKtd8F7sU_tcfqSKBsG_vG6Kn9_gYfyDxJcDCP3v8zfSl0ZMBHwIQlAtTpZ3_F08fzoDuwSGksK8NdvF2Z1ZfbqnsSsNuEe-HhkgfQSCRyNOV7jUY/s400/DSC03101.JPG" border="0" /></p></div></div><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5460026608826882002" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZuvKYEjXNiKVvKazAGzuAdG4NlvBQkPpzyv_0jfrVVAtQLY0tUCVJ2nH_Wh5N8rKxvkzbMV0zXz2ONO7JdXXBRnzpi_j6WyedgoqyBcBkQVMSQWxGTzPGQMfwsrBQVLtwd18Y_0aXpPk/s400/DSC03094.JPG" border="0" /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5460026615661031010" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFuTKChm47-XLDWCGcxCdwiLSahnm3bQGIyxAOM1xx6fzZnCT96_gtoKKCwTCXTQvaE115u8RlRN4OO8Xo5LTXsCD_0SA24KnXdwtcGIpOrzIduwwnuqfsmtlk4yAjwIi2KD7g7DeD6qY/s400/DSC03087.JPG" border="0" />Uncle Gary had hidden dollar bills in some of the eggs--a tradition held by this awesome family. Yup, he was ready to come to our house a bit earlier than expected.<br /><br /><div><div><div>On December 8, Bill, me and the two boys drove to SLC and back to pick up our sweet new crib and dresser for Jacob's nursery. We ran into heavy snow and yuck and pretty much picked the worst day ever to make a "quick run" and back!! After unloading and setting up the dresser, getting some baby clothes out to wash the next day, I went to bed feeling excited about the new purchase and the thought of being all ready and organized before the big arrival. However, there were other plans in the works I guess!! At about 1:30 AM I started having some contractions. Then after tossing and turning in bed, my water broke and then the contractions started to be about 3 minutes apart....yeah, no turning back! We made it to the hospital (thank goodness it is only like 2 minutes away, and all the while I was thinking, "I am seriously having this baby!!" They got me my epidural--HALLELUJAH--and got me ready for surgery. </div><br /><div>He was born Dec. 9th @ 4:22AM</div><div>Weight 7 pounds 9 ounces</div><div>Length 19 1/2 inches</div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5416279539889451778" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiN5uMw1ks7Hp3nEAMx2UpzvrmzYOQC4aQ01tDpbf5hpliu__wH_KGK7vCe7NdynkWseuGFE06U4sbX-k64tkXXyp1_XuOhU-7NktSt8F9omkxsfRlM63TF6KrZyx87BvVLmGQjG6XZ4hQ/s400/DSC02878.JPG" border="0" />He is such a sweet little guy. We got to attend Brigham's preschool program to start off our festivities. He was great at belting out all the songs and did some great dance moves as well. One word....SLACKER! Today is a bit overcast and rainy so I thought it was the perfect day to do some updates before some exciting days come upon us!<br /><br /><div><div><br /><div><br /><div>1. Molly lost her 1st and 2nd tooth on the same day. She went to the dentist for a teeth cleaning and he popped out the first one. Then while upstairs she did the 2nd one on her own!! This just means she is growing up huh? </div><br /><div><br /></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5394711791109880018" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7ZtByHAmuX6IDEiIv-_Njltcv8WymYAAx6GNiA6d3i8vtS2JloHIVjREtK2tKgeVl5oLGxdlyZBbwbKvnhB3VjM3kACppZj_fVMFMTk5MoJG3XV8JcG9mUXeYsuhuuLkWI631gF5AtFY/s400/DSC02829.JPG" border="0" />2. Double didgets. Yup, we officially have a 10-yr.old in the house. Spence had a great birthday Oct. 1. We had 4 of his buddies over for banana splits and a movie. Good fun!! We love Spence so much. He is a big help with the kids, so so smart at school and is constantly active with sports and piano. He's a great little guy!!!<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5394711798463343138" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguhYEptexDZ6LiyiPzf2ceRGwNCj7toFDZDufgVUTCOQU74K9SvWOLh0ZXTEPwXRbWIWVKt7xadiCAln_0UCH5aZmmy0dRVb3KKaUecWboe_pNMfZEpi_7_lBv5XCahV-vDiJ4ID6UaJw/s400/DSC02837.JPG" border="0" />3. ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?? Spence started flag football this year and loves it! I'm suprised at how much this stuff is already ingrained in a boys head. We are getting so excited for our new little addition. I am not nearly as organized and prepared up to this point as I'd like to be, but that is okay. (Listen to how relaxed that sounds....) Brigg loves to kiss my belly on a daily basis. I am really cherishing our alone time together before baby comes. My favorite is after naps when we get to snuggle on the couch and read books together before the big kids get home. I really am finding joy in the little things lately and trying not to worry about things that don't really matter. It's been good for the ol' soul!</div><br /><div></div><br /><div>Till next post....and I promise it won't be another month and a half!</div><br /><div><br /><br /><br /><br /></div><br /><div></div></div></div>Jensen Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13896932716011810643noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164609111199717028.post-24453722981652885842009-09-10T08:24:00.004-06:002009-09-10T08:33:55.769-06:00Brigham goes to Preschool<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5379846052100651938" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGA-4OwaIuRwCTf4PJXCYETtn8l0-_8-FnH6CVtoiALcusnrR95eDUR6ic-8XhkEwTeLumgeBXumrQJC61-3HCRWpdu0tDN8itu6fWY-JY7kWWe51NN7wLfhw_ZE-fAHAQEcFEppAYbaU/s400/DSC02782.JPG" border="0" /><br /><div> Brigg started preschool yesterday. He was super excited! He put his backpack on first thing (over his jammies) and picked out his show-n-tell (such a hard choice). His preschool class consists of 4 boys and 1 girl. My good friend Stacy has converted her basement into a preschool and it's so cute. He'll go 2 days a week, from 9-11:30. He came out smiling a huge smile--the first day was a success. Most of the family piled into these rafts and navigated their way down the Payette River. We got to go up to McCall to be with some of Bill's family over the 4th of July. It was so much fun to relax, eat yummy food and especially to be with family. Thank you Cathy for hosting (or hostessing). We loaded the kids up in the car on friday and headed out! We went through Jackson Hole and rode the tram up up up...it was a gorgious view fof the tetons from the top. We all loved those teton mountains--I told Bill, "I just can't stop looking at them!!" After Jackson, we drove up to grants village campground to our campsite. We were all a little hungry and ready to be settled for the night. They had encountered 8 bears since the beginning of the season in that campground, so we were all very vigilant about putting all our food in the car and keeping our site clean!! After roasting hot dogs and smores we tucked in for a bear-free night (thank goodness). We woke up for a full day of touring...old faithful and the grand canyon of the yellowstone. We had a blast and the kids loved it. We think we will make it a yearly tradition since it is so close to us!</p><p>Here we are getting ready to board the tram--yah, that baby goes all the way up!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5363253701678617298" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzRiqxy2act_lxTtklY5LFFTySW5OFXfQOP_uh9q-uzgWdaVIkdJSjKmeDZz0bKfLP3K6Tydd4qRHSPaw1O3RLsMHY-16V-nsYsoutCfWDChF3Bl2GcymkD9Ruwc4AisYmdyLkh24wJTw/s320/DSC02588.JPG" border="0" /></p></div></div></div></div><br /><p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5363253709869967714" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihCXnqtgdf02kKKf62a86TyVkybY_41RcCbJELjO8-2RcEWG9o6yxkmpWkt2uS-7WmHaOPtnpJEP7m42U47gnobjaHosT_NutvncEDcSJs2wA_kY1s1BhF6LWJ4qSRoVtu3_hqZZA-co4/s320/DSC02593.JPG" border="0" />It was a bit windy at the top!!<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5363253717237531234" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 316px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiiV8vaaFYC_1IKXWXw2eVw5-sGbfhJP91ofB7Pz2DuEfUQl9zi8z0TzMyjcdf9kQ9qQLI-k4QeEAFFdF5eGF52d__2H8MpjX3K-R9B8OXZQLkGP728T8duLv9Tm5cHX8gUZw1uay5bX4c/s320/DSC02611.JPG" border="0" />Jiffy Pop! <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5363253721349138802" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBGv41kHE-3yX2pRMOHD7LO2l6Pnr0Z6PkJL2O4IbEXXJp5ndWPMOBsx_TiQYKveqWJQXWz-PNiBXW0-U88uWvDA_DdlyWQicUgEQhOAL0-rgaf1k3-x5g2bOhdrMTB0unpi-FLUJRpKo/s320/DSC02628.JPG" border="0" />The Old Faithful Inn was amazing--we'd love to stay there someday! <img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5363253733022687826" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinLZszviR1zamCiO_wBaLjbs9hgrHnZwu94eIC9y22kEpRk_G4mk-g3EuGSa6ZVdFjH6-It4ZRuepdLmVCDK3Qt20e4-x3xWxOyqMD7G90fZE0k8Jr1250lmwgh4uy6D7_Jpzn2o0aYcI/s320/DSC02658.JPG" border="0" />Artist Point at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone! We are super excited to welcome a new little Jensen to the world. I had my appointment this week and we got a little more excitement than what we bargained for! Dr. Campbell mentioned my uterus was very high and I was measuring quite a bit bigger than 14 weeks....bottom line...is there one or two??? He let us run over to the hospital for a quick ultrasound to see what was going on. There was only one little bun in the oven. Whew. My due date was pushed up about 5 days, which was nice. Boy what a roller coaster afternoon!! So baby Jensen is set to arrive just in time for the holidays--Dec. 19. I keep telling the kids this is all they are getting for Christmas. They really don't think it's funny. Anyway, so we are on to the cravings (see below post for coconut bars) growing bellies and peeing 3 times a night. Nice. <br />See the next 3 posts below for some other fun stuff that has been happening around our house!!Jensen Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13896932716011810643noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164609111199717028.post-56358711031447033262009-07-01T22:13:00.002-06:002009-07-01T22:18:56.228-06:00Pedi and Paradise<div>So my girlfriends and I did an impromtu pedicure night. Bill was on-call and the others needed a mommy break, so we pampered our feet and also our tastebuds. If any of you have not tried Bryers Natural Fruit Bars Coconut style, you have got to try them!! They are my all time favorite cold treat. We sat with our toes drying, licking our way to paradise. I could get used to this! We have officially put all 3 kids in the upstairs bedroom. It is actually going really good. Brigg loves being a big boy! He looks so little in that big bed, he's growing up! Molly says that she is loving the new arrangement. "Now Spencer can't keep talking to me all night because Brigham has to go to sleep! It is MUCH better!" she says. Apparently he didn't really like her to go to sleep before him...he would want to talk and play games in bed and she is a head-to-the-pillow-lights-out kinda girl. Too funny. So here are the boys hangin out on their new beds!</div><div>P.S. Bill did an awesome job putting them together. The man can work a drill!! We made new chore charts, talked about the importance of work and helping out our family, and even video taped the kids swearing with an oath that they would do their chores and obey mom (it was music to my ears). So far, they have done really well. It's a great sound to hear them bustling around in the morning, cleaning and wiping and scrubbing. NICE!! We'll see if it keeps up the whole summer!! <div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345824372476801362" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSzMalu5_w97OkMGGNtQXA6BfsqbFSs_30p9KWx9XZfeqIP18sId3A39Z67oIjs4WyI_Fw3gmVe8HunDu-hQzc2Lb0d6TnaU4krGXCSCmTnrF-65vWJPBWeGZ45Uc6tYnno8wPT1BGgxc/s320/DSC02468.JPG" border="0" />Spence "the toilet man" Jensen<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345824367733273186" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0eKT7_dN1k_KeHcizZjIlEPC6BKFhb0-8TxcL6qef3gdN-u0coh2uUtGxZy4j5ucXNAbRPDqHr7jPV9-WOSNXnPs9wCQwnXu83f9nDRFeS8k0WN3uHodKfPeeyP3pbzJSOfr8TwTeado/s320/DSC02469.JPG" border="0" />Molly "sweepy pie" Jensens<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345824377319719202" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhS_FuwXv7i-KapRpURtjfIZAxZlvxgLHwnUs15uFqOCjJrsY0BMleVSpLLGi9wlY-OGIuzLyrMu3q8kdM4ucoGv-V7B8OAdQd1RX9j75QbkY282wkY12O_MNp_adUe_X_cl41C6-FeMo0/s320/DSC02471.JPG" border="0" />This is apparently how Brigham feels about chores!! It was pretty hot and the kids were wanting some water fun! So Bill put a tarp in the back of his truck, we filled it with water and BAM--a Redneck Swimming Pool was born. They had a blast back there! You really know it's redneck when your kid is also in his superman undies! Eastern Idaho is wearing off on me! </div>Jensen Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13896932716011810643noreply@blogger.com0
