On December 8, Bill, me and the two boys drove to SLC and back to pick up our sweet new crib and dresser for Jacob's nursery. We ran into heavy snow and yuck and pretty much picked the worst day ever to make a "quick run" and back!! After unloading and setting up the dresser, getting some baby clothes out to wash the next day, I went to bed feeling excited about the new purchase and the thought of being all ready and organized before the big arrival. However, there were other plans in the works I guess!! At about 1:30 AM I started having some contractions. Then after tossing and turning in bed, my water broke and then the contractions started to be about 3 minutes apart....yeah, no turning back! We made it to the hospital (thank goodness it is only like 2 minutes away, and all the while I was thinking, "I am seriously having this baby!!" They got me my epidural--HALLELUJAH--and got me ready for surgery.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! He is adorable (of course). I love his name.. and I'm guessing you were feeling pretty well, since Molly and Brigham are in your bed in that picture! Still "marinating" this baby, but am scheduled for an induction a week from Wednesday, if I make it until then.
how exciting! cant wait to meet the little guy!
He is such a handsome little guy. I love the pictures of the older kids holding the new baby. What an awesome family!
